FINE ART MEETS TEXTILES: Cross-Media Collaboration
Cosmic Cabanas is a cross-media collaboration between Liora Manne and acclaimed artist Anne Spalter. 
The project celebrates the union of the artists' exclusive production techniques; Spalter' s psychedelic digital landscapes are brought to life through Manne's Lamontage process, a textile production method that combines the ancient art of felting with modern technology. 
Drawing source footage from a beachside vacation, Cosmic Cabanas evokes a relatable sensory experience that joins functionality and fine art to produce a collection of rugs, wallcoverings, fabrics, and pillows.
